They're an excellent way to stay in tip-top shape. Formerly used as a training regimen for ancient soldiers, gymnastics are still practical to this day, as it gives you functional strength, coordination, flexibility, agility, and stamina. Also, it allows you to do cool things with your body that most people can't do!

What more could you ask for?

in my opinion gymnastics is awsome!!it's like my life.it takes alot of hard work and determination though but it's all worth it at the end!!!when i joined gymnastics i was 12 and it really helped me get into my cheerleading squad.

well i have been doing gymnastics for about 6 years now. i still thinks its allot of fun but when you get to high levels it gets Herder. you don't play as much games and stuff. but you can still have a lot of fun! :)

It doesn't interest me at all, but you really have to be quite an athlete to do that stuff. We all have seen the simple cheerleading stuff, then the hard core stuff in the olympics. It is very impressive. It looks like hard work, I give gymnists credit even though like I said it doesn't seem to be a big sport in our society!

its a lot of work but practice makes perfect so if u love dripping sweat and doing weird poses then thats ur thing

Stresses me out. People work otu so much, it's not healthy at a certain point for those girls and boys to stop maturing.

if you are in shape but if you aren't then tough luck for you but it depends if you are comfortable in your own skin you your call
