For example, i understand that for about an inch dierectly below the belly button that is part of your stomach and prone to fat. However, lower than that - I guess closer to the bladder/uterus area - I heard that that area is supposed to be a little fattier anyways no matter how slim you are. Is that true?

I never said that I, myself, was slim - it was just a generalization on that part. I'm average built with some meat and muscle on my body and not overweight either.

Some women are more predisposed to abdominal fat, like you describe. I'd say it's not necessarily average, but it's not that unusual... the stereotypical woman stores her fat a bit lower down, but the apple shape is quite common.

If you truly tend to have weight on your belly, rather than on your hips and butt, you should keep in mind that abdominal fat in women can be associated with greater risk of heart disease later in life.

Yeah, you have a uterus, a vagina, a cervix and all that good stuff in there, and if you're skinny, there is only so much room for your internal organs so it will tend to bulge out a little right there. In that case the only way to make it less noticable would be to build up your ab muscles.
