The same thing happened to me. Although the morning sickness and nausea hit me just a couple of days ago and it's the worst feeling in the world. I don't crave any foods, I'm so hungry yet can't get down more than a few bites of food. Most people say this is good and that you should just eat a lot of small meals throughout the day to keep your blood sugar levels up, thus avoiding nausea.
In any case, the only thing I crave now are carrots, grape tomatoes and lots of fresh fruit-- and I hated fresh fruits pre-pregnancy. To calm my stomach I've been drinking regular Tetley tea with milk and sugar...it's so much better than ginger tea which didn't work at all to get rid of the nausea.

I was excited for the first time, too. Then I started throwing up 5 times a day and that wasn't exciting anymore :)
when I was pregnant, I felt really full and 5 minutes later I was so starving that I thought i was going to die if I don't eat right away :) Well, I didn't die, but mu husband really hated it as I was hysterical when we were out and i got hungry. He asked me before we left home if I didn't want to eat, I said no and as soon as we got far away from any food store, I was crying for food. And the same thing with going to the bathroom - he didn't believe I REALLY needed to pee every 10 minutes!!!!

When I was pregnant I almost felt hungover or even a little drunk (don't worry I wasn't) for the first couple months.. I never actually had morning sickness just a weird dizzy feeling..

you will find that everyone is different during pregnancy. I know when i was 8 months, i wasn't hungry at all, but the morning sickness took my rights for hunger away. But i had cravings for strange things, like bacon, orange juice and cheese burgers.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS! Of course all pregnancies are different. With my first, I automatically "sensed" I was pregnant because when I got up out of bed, I was so dizzy, that I was downright clumsy. Second time around, it was missing my period by a few days, and feeling nauseous. Later on that time around, we found out we were having twins! Best wishes for you and baby.
