First, super glue is an anerobic. That means it bonds IN THE ABSENCE OF AIR. No drying process here.

The reason it does not bond to inside the tube is because the tube is made of plastic which has a few microns of flourocarbon bonded to the inside surface of the tube. Flourocarbon of course, is Teflon and nothing bonds to Teflon.

tremendous Glue reacts with the air as quickly because it has left the tube tube. The pipettes containing the glue, are filled even as the glue is quite sparkling and liquid liquid. I worked in a Glue production unit for 4 years and ought to allow you to be conscious of that the blend is poisonous. status above the glue hopper filling it, is a job that makes the throat close and the eyes move! The pipettes could be filled speedy because in the journey that they don't seem to be sealed quickly, the air starts off to 'set' the glue and the bins are then ruined.

Super glue has to come into contact with air to be work properly. Since there isn't any air inside a tube, it doesn't stick.

I thought super glue required pressure to work, if it dried in air how would stick somebody to a toilet seat?

Because it needs to dry in order to form a bond. In the tube it is sealed and stays in a liquid form.
