I did a routine scan on my computer and the anti-virus picked up a possible_lineage. I tried cleaning it, but no help. It also will not allow the file to be deleted.
Here's where the file is.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSInfo\nexondll.DLL

Someone help!

OK, restart the system, then before it comes up entirely put it into Safe mode. While in that mode you will be able to delete the file.

The reason it cannot be deleted right now it probably because it is in use by some program.
---------------
Here is how to get into Safe mode:
Click Start, click Shut Down, and then, in the drop-down list, click Shut down.
In the Shut Down Windows dialog box, click Restart, and then click OK.
When you see the message
Please select the operating system to start
press F8.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the appropriate safe mode option, and then press ENTER.
If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot system, choose the installation that you need to access using the arrow keys, and then press ENTER.
