If your spouse gave you permission to have sex with another person, do you think you could do it? Or would something still not seem right about it?

My wife was terminally ill and told me she wouldn't blame me if I did or get mad if I were to go to another woman. I told her I couldn't and wouldn't even think about it because you don't love someone and commit such an act. When you get married it is a lifetime commitment to one person and one person only.

I would not be married anymore, because obviously what we have together is trivial and doesn't mean anything. I am worth more than that as a person. Permission or not that is the end of marriage.

No no no. Absolutely not. I can't even imagine being with another person. Sex with the person you love is so much better than sex with someone random. It wouldn't even satisfy me therefore it would be a foolish risk to take. Not to mention when you sleep with someone else you could catch a disease or get pregnant. It's just not worth it.

I feel really bad about this because I actually thought about it. I would NEVER cheat on my husband! BUT.... if he were to give permission to me....that MAY be a different story. This sounds just awful even admitting that. I'm not really sure about this. I think that I would, but then again, when it came right down to it I don't think I could do that to him or to myself. Good question.... I'd have to ponder on this for a bit...lol!

When you're married and truly in love with someone, their body is yours. His lips are my lips and all his parts are mine as well. I could not imagine another woman touching or kissing him, and I'm certain that he feels the same, or at least he better...LOL Have you ever seen that movie with Robert Redford and Demi Moore where he offers her a million dollars for one night with her even though she is married. When she gets home after spending the night with him, her husband wipes the lipstick off her mouth, that is exactly what I mean...those were his lips...just as my husband's are mine. No! I would not do it, not even for a million dollars.

No, Scotty, no. I wouldn't. I couldn't. And if you're still fantasizing about the babysitter, forget it. You're wife is not going to give you permission.

It still wouldn't seem right. It would seem like he was trying to find an excuse to do it himself.

I hate sex! I would have to say..."No, that's ok. Your the horn dog freak with all the testosterone, that's what you pervs do. So I'll pass you b*st*rd, now who are you doing to make you say such an idiotic thing to me!?!" ... that's what I'd do.
