Of course I do... but attractive has nothing to do with it. I look at everybody from a different perspective... Who treats everyone the same? Do I see the 'disability'?... Of course... it is part of the person. Do I treat special needs people like they are stupid or broken? No.

The fact that they have a disability WOULD make me look at them different and not in a bad way. Just the fact that they have a disability makes them different, you gotta respect peoples limitations.
Now if they are attractive and disabled would this make there disability less obvious, or somehow cause me to overlook a disability? I guess it could happen, it really depends on the disability and my knowledge of the condition when i see it.

Why should it matter if they are disabled? They are still a person aren't they? Sometimes I think that people who have suffered hardships are more attractive because they look at life so differently than most. They enjoy every moment and have a blast. Very sexy attitude to have!
