lacrosse questions?

does any one know of a better defensive stick than the dealbreaker by warrior for about the same price and if not that is a beastly shaft and i like it alot but i want everyones opinion.
also what are some excercises that i can do to get better than i am now

shafts dont really make much of a difference, as long as you have a nice head. if you insist, my friend has a kryptonite d-pole and it really good.
