She's sick, she needs help. You are old enough to be able to know what the right thing to do is, it's not like you're a 5 year-old, you are 19!!

Just say no. You're older than she is, be older and wiser and tell her that it's called "incest" and is illegal in most civilized places. It is also not healthy emotionally or mentally or psychologically for either of you. Tell her you love her but you don't like doing it with her, it makes you feel bad about yourself (etc.) and that you aren't going to cooperate any more so she should just stop.
