I don't think so but there's a live action TV series for it but I didn't like it so much. I wish they'd make another one because it's my favorite manga as well.

Well, there have been no official announcements for one, but the odds of an anime being created based on the hana-kimi manga is pretty high.
Considering other manga that had live action dramas before the anime (foreign or Japanese made) Peach Girl, Great Teacher Onizuka (GTO) Nodame Cantable.
All these had successful live action dramas made, which lead to anime adaptations. Although the Hana-kimi drama is taiwanese, so was the Peach Girl drama, which lead to an anime.
Never know, it's possible if the Taiwanese drama is popular and generates interest in Japan , then they like to market off of the sucess with anime and such.
