The mountains in Colorado...I have been there and love it.

Another place would be in the high Sierras in California...love it there too.

Loveland Colorado. It is a growing, fun college town. It is just outside some of the best of the rocky mountains too! If you need a big city, Denver (also very cool) is just an hour south. If you want nature and wilderness in a hip, smaller town, try Bend Oregon or Missoula Montana. If you love the beach, hit Miami or Santa Barbara California. If you love the city life and warm weather, try San Diego, Pheonix or Vegas.

Right now I'd probably be unsure but I know it would probably somewheres in the middle of the southern states (actually for me it would be a move a little more north of where I'm at .. but I'm living in Louisiana right now and would be a wholesale change for you .. plus most who come from the midwest say the people are so friendly and want to stay.. Plus with a small drive you will experience so much differences within 500 or so miles it isn't funny.

Where ever you move... my suggestion would be to visit with a vacation first before taking a plunge you may live to regret.

I would consider moving to San Diego. It is actually a great place for people of all ages. It's beautiful, has mild weather all year long, and there's lots of things to do.

San Diego is a large city, but it is clean and spread out into smaller communities that make it seem not so large. The farther you go east, the hotter the weather will be. Some people prefer warmer weather.

There are lots of cultural activities (museums, concerts, theater), professional sports, water activities, hiking, biking, kayaking, beach volleyball, and more.

I live in Illinois, and if I could I would probably move to Amarillo Texas. Because I always wanted to move south and I heard the best weather is there. The average high in the summer is like 90 and they don't have a winter like we do here in Chicago.

Asheville, NC is beautiful. That's where I would go. You only get snow a few times a year. It's in the mountains but it's not too far from the beach.
I live in Charleston, SC now. I've never seen real snow. I want to move to Asheville or Norfolk, Virginia. I hear it's really pretty there too. I don't want to move too far from my family, in SC.
