Yes, of course. In the same way as when we are walking in a direction opposite to the earth's rotation, we walk backwards.

the way we walk is due to evolution, if the world turned backwards we would have evolved the same way with no consequence to the direction the earth rotated. Now if suddenly the earth were to fully invert its rotation in a short amout of time then we would feel it, and depending on how fast it could knock us to the ground

no- we would just have an entirely different set of weather events and basiclly a different type of world. i think venus is the planet that goes backwards, and Uranus rotates on it's side!!!
