most german engineers put them in the radiator by the lower hose. they do in audi/vw

It will be located somewhere on the head around areas where coolant goes through. It sticks directly in the coolant, so if you follow the area of the upper and lower hoses, where they go into the block, the water pump, and thermostat housing you will find it.

Since its the 'S' edition, I believe that unit is located by the timing belt...if you are looking at the time belt...down and to the right, you should see a little black box, with RDSW cables leading to it....i think thats it...
