does the bsnl connection charge unnecessarily?

Question

am a user to BSNL’s home 500 plan.i never use the net to download anything,but the bsnl people billed me for downloading 8 gb as 6000 rs and said 2 gb was free.i am confused what to do.i never downloaded anything.the only thing i do with internet is checking my emails.what can i do for this thing

see to that u do not stay for long hrs over the net...
talk to some person in bsnl & find out whether someone's using through net connection......!!!
Contact bsnl..... that's wat u can do, right now

select DataOne.
see your usage for the month in question

May be someone in your house watching Videos.
Disconnect broadband connection.
If you are interested in checking e mails only
Get a Dialup connection for Rs 550+ taxes from BSNL.
Valid for two years. Internet surfing free Holidays and sundays. &Night between 2300 to 0800 hrs.
Telephone charges 6 minutes one pulse.
2230 to 0730 ( or 0630) 15 minutes one pulse.

Netone Rs 1 for 10 minutes usage ( 24 hours a day)
amount added to your telephone bill. You can send e mail only from Yahoomail Hotmail GMAIL ETC.
