- accountability for our politicians
- war in Afghanistan: supporting our troops
- terrorism/border protection
- Crime: how do we reduce it and toughen up laws/strengthen sentences

It's a shame that twits like Matt think Canadians have nothing better to do than "spit on the American flag", perhaps Americans really do like to isolate themselves. To get a good idea of the latest political/social issues in Canada, take a brief visit to Yahoo Canada and read the headlines - you'll get an idea. A Conservative Party memo leaked there may be an election soon...

Our overwhelming issue is trying to keep from getting screwed by the states. re: softwood lumber dispute, international water trade, Cowboy Bush and his missile defense shield... Just to name a few...

Why does it seem like Americans make up rules and agreements just so they can break them...

there are the conservatives, which are anti-American and the liberals which really, really, really, really hate Americans. when the conservatives have power, like now, they merely spit on the US flag. it's a good time to visit Canada.
