boy problems?

so i like this guy but i dont talk to him or am i friends with him and i really want to become his friend or maybe even more than that and im scared that if i say hi to him that ill make a fool of myself and also would it be weird if i talk to him after not talking to him all year long??? im in a couple of classes with him but wont it be akward after not talking to him for like the whole year and starting now?? idk what to do help plz

If you can ask him a question about homework or something discussed in one of your classes that day, it would be a great way to start a conversation and it wouldn't seem weird because you have him in "a couple of classes" so that should actually make it very easy. Hopefully that would open up a whole other conversation on personal matters, you could then ask about music (if he wears band t-shirts, has stickers, etc) or sports, if you know he plays something, and go from there.

Just take it slow. Say "hi ____." one day, and start a conversation about something trivial like the school's sports or something he might have a general interest in. Work your way up, exchange IM details. Go from there.

this happened with me. met this girl at frosh week (start of year), and we hung out a lot. i really liked her. we fell out of contact with her. i attempted to talk over internet, because it was the only way i could talk to her, but she would ignore me for the most part. seven Months!! later i saw her, because her class ended as the same time as mine did at the same building. i wrote a card for her, bought her a small gift, and handed it to her the next week as she left class. i knew it would be awkward, and it really was. surprisingly she was the one doing th taking, and for some reason i was speechless. she didn't seem overly happy to see me. anyways, i gave her the card and left. never heard back from her. i'm happy i did something though. do something. i regret not doing too many things in my life already.dont let this be another thing. your situation seems less hopeless. please, communicate with him in any way you can.good luck

just make it settle try askin him what he did for spring break or over the weekend or summer plans then if he's like ohh i didnt do much this weekend say well we should make next weekend better by hanging out. u wont look stupid for not speakin up earlier cuz youre not friends so he doesnt know if u were going out with someone else or dating someone b4

its okay to make frends with sum1 a long wile later, i do it all the time, just start by saying hi, and then start tot alk to him about sumthing especially if u notice anything on a binder or know he has a same interest as u,...it shouldnt b awkward at all

um..well
*u cud try hanging around wif his friends ..or if he has any girl/friends n u cud talk 2 his friends 2 get him more familiar wif ur face..then casually bring up stuff about him..n wen he tlks join in n ask questions..try n get him 2 hav the crush on u..so if he asks u out..then u will get the upper hand of da relationship..??
