What do you clean and /or do for spring cleaning?

I like to:
pack away winter clothes, and take nice coats to be dry-cleaned
remove as much clutter from the house as possible
air out the mattresses, and turn them
change over from flannel sheets back to cotton
put out the outside furniture
plant some flowers
I don't really do that much, because I have a regular cleaning schedule that stays on top of the house well.

Spring cleaning originated at a time when we didn't have vacuum cleaners. Everyone took their rugs outside and beat the dirt out of them, etc.
Nowadays you'd probably do the big items, like washing windows, cleaning the oven, etc. My girlfriend even washes the walls in her big house, way too much work.
