I t influences things such @@@ our clothing,
housing,transportation @@@ the food we
eat.European countries have @@@ cold climate.
People FROM these countries eat a lot of
fat @@@ keep themselves warm.

OUR because the only other word that fits would be "Your", and it wouldn't be "Your" throughout the rest of the passage the writer uses inclusive language such as "We" and "Our". "Your" is not inclusive, so it is not consistent with the rest of the passage.

FROM because it is the only word defining location that fits, given the context. "At" or "Of" wouldn't make sense.
