I'm wondering is making a playlist with using one of thoes myspace Mp3 players. and putting a lot of songs in the playlist by using there mp3 search engine and calling it your own radio illegal?

No. It's not Illgeal. You're not copyrighting anything unless you burn a CD. I'm pretty sure of this because one of my friend have one of her music page with her name of being composed, she didn't got arrested or anything for it.

no not really. but if it is, and pretty much anything to do with music on the net is now, no one's gonna care. unless you have a conscience or something and can't handle that. nothing personal.
