Re-runs during March Madness?

I am so sick and tired of the major stations showing reruns during March Madness. Why do they assume that everyone likes Basketball...same thing goes with every other kind of sport like Superbowl etc. It isn't fair to the others of us out there. What is your opinion on this??

Well they know that the majority of there veiwers are watching March Madness. Its all a ratings thing. MONEY

The less new programming they have to buy, the more their profits are. That's why there are only 13 weeks of new shows in the spring and the same in the fall
