Have you ever beat a lie detector test?

It is called a polygraph, it can be beaten by pathological liars and sociopaths. In other words, you need to believe your lie. That is why a polygraph is not admissible in court and can only be used as a investigative tool.

If you have something to hide, then maybe you should not be applying for a job that involves taking a polygraph. If your a criminal, I hope you go down hard and fast.

Can also be beaten by putting off the sensors to begin with ie when they ask your name clench your buttocks or put a pin in your sock and press against it when they ask you a question you wish to lie about say it normally.

I have heard that to throw results off....do this.

Put an object in your shoe.
When they ask question press on object with toe....inflict pain on yourself.

That is what I have heard....somewhere....in the past....way way before the Internet.

But if I heard it...THEY heard it.

Do they make the subject take shoes off?

i haven't been through one personally but there's a way to do it. you stick a pin in your shoe or somewhere inconspicuous. every time you are asked an incriminating question, you answer yes while pricking yourself. your stress levels spike due to the pain and the interpreter interprets that as lying that you did it, ergo you must not have done it.

not me personally but it can be done. as long as you believe that it can be beaten, you can beat it.
