I wasn't able to find an on-line map that has all 3 places.

Nikko is north (and a little) west of Tokyo;
Mr. Fuji is west/southwest;
Kyoto is about 3 times as far WSW as Mt. Fuji.

Probably the best place to look would be in a good atlas at the library.

You could also try:
>National Geographic [1]
>Rand McNally [2]
>University of Texas [3]
(but I was disappointed looking for your 3) ...

Happy Hunting!

I couldn't find a map that had the specific features you wanted...
This link takes you to an outline map of Japan that you could then draw your own features on.

This link takes you other maps of Japan you might find suitable.

You will find the map you are looking for in a good atlas - your school library or local public library will have several in their reference section - ask the librarian for help.
