I speak English and French, not American.

No, but I have relatives living in Saskatchewan. Back around 1900, one of my umpty-great grand-uncles went up there to farm. He raised a big family; some eventually came back to the US and some stayed up there.
My grandfather took a train up to visit them many years ago, and that was the last face-to-face contact we had. Hey, maybe we're related! Are you anywhere near Battleford?
