Look at the roster. You will notice that most of the "ECW" roster is like their minor league federation where people like Cena and other came from before joining the TV shows. I forgot the name, but WWE used to have two promotions like this. Only reason ECW can be on TV is because they have a FEW old ECW stars on it. Basically ECW is like one of those shows that used to show on the weekends....shows that would have teams like Low Down on it durning the attitude era.

Say what they want, none of them are brands, they are divisions, not completely separated, of one brand, WWE.
