I wake up everyday with no energy and I always feel sleepless... I go to bed really early but nothing helps, I don't usually eat breakfast but grab something when I can... Should I eat more food in the morning or whats the deal, and whats wrong?

How many hours of sleep do you get each night? sometimes too much sleep will affect your body too. I know this for a fact b/c there r some nights where I get too much sleep , I yawn alot and feel excessively tired the next morning.

Breakfast is important. So try to eat something if you can. A banana or cereal for instance.

Waking up with no energy... is it because you know that your day is not going to be exciting? Try to look forward to something that you expect to happen the next day so you can wake up feeling all pumped up for it. Hope this helps.
