Well considering all people in the world came from northern Africa and South west Asia...everyone at one time was of darker skin color. In the bible it talkes of Shem and Ham as skin colors. Shem is of dark skin...and Ham is of lighter skinthen black.

No, but puerto ricans and Cubans do. Mexican's have Aztec and Spanish blood in them.

Some do, but very very little. The slave trade didn't flourish much in Mexico.
Latinos with African ancestry are more common in the Caribbean (puerto rico, dominican republic, cuba)

Yes... they do ....that's why their lips are fuller and some of their skin has much melanin. Any one with full lips and some melanin has black blood in them somewhere down the line.
