I'm sorry to say that the book has little commercial value. My search at abebooks.com, just one in a number of used book search sites, revealed that a copy of the book in the edition you indicate can be had for as little as US$1. I should add that there may be some misunderstanding as to the extent of bookburning by the Nazis. The volumes burned were by Jewish authors and those deemed "degenerate" by the regime. Richard Euringer, who was the director of libraries, listed 18,000 works considered to run counter to Nazi ideology - a small number in the grand scheme of things. Most works, including those by and concerning Shakespeare, where considered safe.

Try http://www.abaa.org, the Antiquarian Booksellers Association. A search didn't turn up this book but another seller does offer one by Konrad Haemmerling so they might know something about this one:

Sorry to tell you, but it doesn't seem to be worth much.

The long letter that looks like an "f" in old German script is actually an "s", so the title is "Der Mann der Shakespeare hieß" ("The Man Who Was Called Shakespeare").

Three people are offering it used at amzon, all for under Euro:

I agree to all said above, but I'd like to point out that the war was over by 1949 already!
