I was comming up to an intersection I was going to turn left when i was looking right to see if there was anything comming when i turned back and looked left there was a bus about 2 cm from hitting me. He had cut the corner and was completly in my lane. I had no time to even swerve. The bus hit me head on.

if it was a city bus I think you can sue the driver and maybe the city... Get a lawyer... Good luck

Did you or the other driver receive a ticket for the accident? Whose insurance paid for the damage? How bad were the injuries?

If you were at fault (many areas blame the driver making the turn since they are supposed to yield to oncoming traffic) then you are probably out of luck. If the bus driver was determined to be at fault, then you may be able to get some form of settlement to cover your medical expenses.

Check with an attorney to know for sure.

Sounds like you may have been rolling into the intersection or had stopped beyond the line and were too far out in traffic. If that is the case, you were at fault.

You really should go by what the police report says.....it will have the person who is at fault....

You should definitely contact an attorney. Traffic accident attorneys give free consultations and they will tell you when you meet if the case is worth anything. Also, 99.9% of them don't charge until you collect (they usually charge a percentage of your winnings/settlement).
So you've got nothing to lose (other than time) by meeting with a lawyer.

It sounds like your car was into the intersection. The law in my area is that the person turning is totally responsible for yielding to traffic, so you would not get any compensation.

your fault. the bus had the right of way. you were coming across the intersection. its your responsibility to make sure all is clear. im assuming he was turning right and had previously been heading toward you. sorry. hope everyone is okay.

See an attorney, and take a copy of the police report with you for him to see.
