Once there look for Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Right click them (if necessary) & choose "install" or "enable".

If you have your ' Drivers Disk ', Use it to Reinstall the " Drivers " you Lost / Deleted.
Then ' Normal Shutdown and Restart ', Your computer should give you a " Found New Hardware " message.
The computer may want you to Reinstall Drivers , if so, follow the prompts.

Bang the computer, nah just kidding, well it should work if you do:
system restore
reboot the pc
shut down and then turn it on
