I wanna know because i just do. and i dont have that character map thing. and when i try to copy and paste from other people it just appears as a question mark !! Is there any other way to make those?

First one is from the first answer, the last two I got from charmap, you may be able to copy and paste those.

Just type "&",then "hearts", then ";". No spaces.

There are tons of other symbols that work this way. go to http://www.tntluoma.com/sidebars/codes/ for all of them.
One i like is "trade". it makes ™
