Something that may have helped improve my vertical leap is jumping on a trampoline. I'm somewhere around 6 feet tall and I can throw down some impressive one and two handed dunks on a ten foot hoop. Also why don't you try doing a lot of jumping excercises. Bend way down and jump up as high as you can, then when you hit the ground jump right back up. Do three 10 rep sets of that. Just keep jumping.

i replaced into advised there are shoes you are able to positioned on that have thickness in the front yet in basic terms air in the back. It makes it so which you would be able to drop your heal down extra before pushing down which comprise your ft to bounce. It provides the calf a much better variety of action. whilst i replaced into youthful we would have somebody curl up in a ball in front of the ring. With in basic terms some steps working initiate you are able to step on his back and launch up and dunk it. very virtually all and sundry can do it in spite of height. be careful in spite of the shown fact that. It provides like 2' to the leap. the 1st time I did it, my chin hit the rim. It replaced into stunning. could no longer have self assurance how plenty elevate it provided. Stepping off somebody's backbone does not harm if their scrunched down tight... yet you probably did no longer hear it from me!
