Do you think Victoria Secret models have breast implants or just wear really good push up bras.. Because they?

are all too skinny to have big boobs

Alot of it is special effects. However I will say that there bras really do make my B cup look like a C. Alot of women complain about there prices but I personally find it to be well worth it! They make you feel your "personal best" if you ask me! Great!

I think most of them wear a good push up bras.
