Well the truth is that we are more vulnerable to being hurt by someone we love, we trust them, we share confidence, we are intimate, we let our hair down. We are easy targets when they don't live up to our expectations or they do something unexpected and bad, or seemingly uncaring. Does it have to happen? No, but chances are it will and it is part of life, and love and maturing in this existence called life.

No this is not what love is all about or supposed to be at all. Love is supposed to be selfless and giving. It does not want to hurt others at all... If the person only wants to hurt someone elast this is NOT true or real love at all. If they love you they wont hurt you wont hurt you now more and it never would have happened so much to begin with as you do not purposely try to hurt and keep on hurting the one that you love.
