I havent trie dthem, but I can't see how they could, I went through hell trying to add a couple of inches to mine, in the end it just came down to a simple device and a consistant routine. Here is a link to what I bought and highly recommend.

No; they're all a rip-off and waste of money.
The makers of Enzite are currently in a class action lawsuit for fraud.
