My husband had the idea for me and our son to move in w/my parents to save money & so we don't have to be by ourselves all the time since he's always "working". Since then I have found out some disturbing things. I'm pretty sure he has been cheating & lying. I have found some things & my son has told me stuff. Anyway, now I wonder if he is just trying to get us out of the way. Now he is not calling or coming home to see us or anything. Could he be trying to push me away so that I will divorce him so that I might look like the "bad guy" instead of him? And then if I divorce him then he would be free to be w/another woman w/out looking bad. (even though I think he is and or was already) The only thing about that is I'm sure he knows he would have to pay child support & right now he has kind of been running short on money. What are your thoughts on this?

Red flag honey. Ask him what's up. Tell him that you don't believe him and that all of the signs are there. A man should be with his family whether or not he wants to save money. It's bs! You should not have moved in with your parents! I've seen this question on here before, so I take it this has been going on for a while. Have you asked him anything about this? It seems that he has everything set up for when he does want a divorce. No wife or kids to move out, no one to come home to, time to sneak around, and all that. What kind of stuff are you hearing, and what have you found out? I guess I need some more details!

I think you landed it, he is def trying to get you out of the way bc that doesn't make sense why you would have to move out to save money?? I would hire a PI so when you goto divorce court you have proof he is a liar and a cheater and you don't loose anything all you do is gain independence and ur son and you can start over fresh and he can pay child support for acting like an irresponsible jerk!

I think if you re-read your question, you know the answer...don't worry if you would look like the 'bad' guy (and you wouldn't, trust me, anyone hearing this story, will only applaud you for getting out)...take this as a great chance to get away from him, since a lot of women are stuck and don't know how to get out...if you are living with your parents already, I am sure you can make it work! Make sure, you get the child support your son needs and be happy not to be stuck with someone acting like that for longer !

It sounds to me like you have answered your own questions. I would seek the advice of an attorney so you and your son will not lose more than you already have. Since he is low on money, which is most likely the result of his affair, you may want to start getting records of any joint accounts, bills, debts, etc. This can mess with your credit if he acts irresponsibly; or tries to leave you to clean up the mess.

Somebody, we southerners have some colorful expressions; in this case what comes to mind is this. If it waddles like a duck, if it quacks like a duck, if it has webbed feet like a duck, if it has a flat bill like a duck, if it has feathers like a duck and it swims like a duck.. . . . . . its probably a duck. In other words your "women's intuition" is telling you he is a cheater and he is not providing for you financially and he is not taking care of you emotionally or physically --get a divorce, dont have sympathy for his financial situation too bad let him pay child support and get on with your life-- this guy has loser stamped all over him. Sorry to be so blunt but you have to have seen this yourself. I read it in your letter. I am basing what I am telling you just on what I am reading above. Good Luck -k-

If you and your son move, where is he planning to live. It sounds more like he is trying to get you to leave the marital home, and he can claim desertion. Stay put, and tell him to keep coming home, as you are happy right where you are.

looks like he wants to dump you. yes i think he has some one. how can he be short on money when he works all the time. and let him PAY that support money.thy don't think about it when thy have some one. thy can't see past thar noise

ask point blank and make him give answers for all your feelings , at least he will then know you have these thoughts and will soon get caught or worse lose you. if its true get out fast and move own with your life.
