i loved (and still love) "calvin and hobbes"...because it was an intelligent comic strip

I like Calvin and Hobbes. The art work is superb and the metaphors are genius.

It is awesome cause it reflects a simpler time in everyone's lives and personifies extreme metaphors interpreted only by the continious support of Bill Waterson's vivid depictation of an American family's time on this green earth.
