i can tell you the exact way to look good in sweat pants........ just go topless!! no one will be paying attention to your pants then. except maybe gay men that will say, " oh those things do not go with those pants......... unless they were on men!!" so you see, this is the only way to do it....... unless you are underage, in which case we never had this discussion!! (sorry officer!!)

okay here are the 10 rules of sweats/pj 's
1) Always go with very tight or very baggy
nothing in between could ever look good
2) When wearing baggy ones have them
sit low on the waist.
3) When wearing tight ones get the ones
that you role over the top to prevent them
from looking like tights
4) When wearing baggy ones prevent from
looking like a guy with super girly tank and
accessories (i.e. necklaces, headbands etc.)
5) When wearing tight ones don't look like
a you know what by wearing a tight low cut
top, instead wear a loose fitting tee, tied
to the side
6) When wearing baggy ones make sure
that they are not a feminine color like pink
or purple or lt blue, go for dark dull colors
like black, gray or navy.
7) When wearing tight ones make sure
that they are not a bright color like hot
pink or lime green, go for black and whites
you are already drawing enough attention
there.
8) When wearing baggy pants in case of
accidental underwear exposure ( baaadd)
wear underwear that is full coverage and
not a bright color.
9) When wearing tight pants be careful
of panty lines look for underwear with
subtle seams (no thongs please)
10) Do not spend the whole day checking
to see if your butt looks okay in the tight
ones or if your baggy ones are falling down
trust me people will notice (another baaddd)
hope this helped! good luck!

I think the only way that's going to look good is at home lounging with your man, and as some of the ladies here suggested, with something a bit fitting going on up top, some girly colors that look cute and with socks to match, but going out, it's going to look as if your bumming or just worked out which, visably or not gives the impression of sweat and b.o. ....which isn't too appealing, but that's just this guys view

Sweat pants and uggs :] a tighter fitting top can balance the loose sweat pants as well.

very few people can. don't feel like you are the only one. :)
the best option is getting a stretchy pair that fits perfectly (buy a little big because they'll shrink). also capris are a better option so they don't become to short. pair them with a nicer shirt. one that has some spandex in it. i opt for black, white, or grey. go for a sporty but casual look.
good luck! SD

Uh well if you want to go to school in sweat let me just tell you that's ugly.
But if it's night time or something and you want to wear your pjs in a cute way then pick really pretty pj's.
