Unless the Raiders have a change of heart, or a great trade proposal, they will draft JaMarcus Russell. It will then depend on what they want to do with him. They will either: immediately throw him into the fire (like David Carr and Houston), go with Andrew Walter and save Russell for later in the season or 2008, or sign a free agent to keep the seat warm until Russell is ready (like Eli Manning and the Giants).

Actually, It will most likely be Aaron Rodgers. They are pretty close for a trade between him and Randy Moss. Also the Raiders will get 2 2nd round draft picks after the 2009 season depending on how Rodgers performs. If the deal doesn't go threw, then more then likely Russell

Gradkowski must be, yet understanding the Raiders they're going to possibly stick to Russel until they're 0-11 lower back and then placed him in. i might additionally be pleased with Frye, yet whilst Gradkowski performs nicely adequate to win the interest, it will be his. i do no longer care if Russel is a #a million %., he's barely a #a million %. using fact the Raiders picked him whilst they might desire to no longer have and that i do no longer even think of he might've been a 1st rounder if the Raiders hadn't chosen him. they have a history of screwing up draft selections and drafting adult men thank you to severe, the suited occasion i will provide is Sebastian Janakowski! became he a 1st rounder? He became a minimum of a 2nd rounder and that i might swear that he became a 1st around %. like twentieth usual! I mean come on! Noone even takes a kicker interior the seventh around until he's definitely stable and the Raiders take one interior the 1st! What a shaggy dog tale. yet yeah, I say Gradkowski and in the event that they want to draft a QB interior the 2nd, third, or 4th around, it could be a waste to me, yet that's what they want to achieve this it is going to possibly ensue.

I believe it will either be Jemarcus Russell or Brady Quinn. I tell you why I like Russell. He is quick and has a gun for an arm. A definite plus for the Raiders receivers from what they dealt with last year and their anemic offense.

Either trade for David Carr or wait for Texans to release him.
