Probably setting up will be time consuming, might leak, and checking fluids every month.

Hi. I liquid cool my PC but use PC Ice, a non-conductive fluid. A bit pricey (about $20) compared to water, but no harm occurs if it leaks. You will really like the quiet of liquid cooling! Not subject to dust clogging like fans on the heatsink. I have not had any hassles and definitely no regrets. (I got a Thermaltake Big Water unit. No advertisement but I really like it.)
