they spit, and have funny looking teeth!!. but they have kind eyes, and are very perceptive. Maybe that's why they spit !!.

Llamas get a bad reputation for spitting but they are very loyal and loving. I even saw a story on TV not too long ago about llamas. One farmer who was trapped under a tree but managed to grab the reins of his llama was rescued by him from underneath. It then bent down and scooped him over and ran back to the farm to pester the wife until she came. She follows him everywhere and when he comes down his country lane she runs all the way down to greet him! Llamas rock!!

I personally don't like llamas but my friend's 4 yrs old daughter does! She believes that they are what pulls Santa's sleigh not reindeers! LOL
