Most eye doctors say that it's best to pop in a new pair about every month or so. But if you lose track, you'll be able to feel it, trust me! Sometimes small tears or rips will occur in the lens and it is PAINFUL! Other times, the lens will just become too flimsy or so unstable that it can't even support the weight of the solution in the "dip" part of whatever. And, many times, the aging of the lens will affect its quality. You may experience blurred vision or trouble seeing out of one or both lenses. Hope this helped! <3

Well i have contacts and what usually happens to me is i put some new ones in and when they start to hurt really bad which is usually about 3 to 4 weeks later...and i realize that they're that old, i throw them away and put in new ones. but i think it's supposed to be about every month or 3 weeks.

Most disposable contacts's life are about 2-3weeks. If you forget than it's best to throw out your contacts when it gets "cloudy" or when your eyes are irritated/red.
