I would blame the govt. with the welfare fiasco in the United States. Welfare was meant to be a temporary means to provide support for familys that were trying to get on their feet financially. It WAS NOT meant to be a LIFESTYLE.

This is a nation of immigrants, should this stop with us? None of us were here just a little over 200 years ago. Don't be selfish. The only thing I'd blame the government of is to give welfare to lazy people. These people live for free and have too much time available to commit crimes and develop further envy of the rest of us who work hard.
