You don't want to know. According to Dr. Science:

"Science could make a study of the...habits of boneless chickens, I suppose, but that would mean scientists would have to observe boneless chickens. Maybe watching boneless chickens flop about is your idea of a good time, but science has much better things to do, thank you."

The question should be, where do they get boneless chickens?

boneless chicken is chicken that is packaged with the bones romoved from it already so you dont have to do it yourself...good luck finding a living chicken w/o bones :)
