Well yes! Depending on who your cell phone carrier is, or sometimes depending on theirs, you can use the carrier's site to send a text message and it's like a "To" and "From" type of thing. For instance, Verizon has a part on their site towards the top right hand of the site that says SEND A TEXT MESSAGE. Try it out! :) It doesn't charge you and it won't charge them if they have a TXT package!
