Quality is different for each of us. If you find a product/service/item 'quality', it works for you as you wish it to work and has a life span that suits you for a price you were willing to pay -- that's quality.

"Quality" is ensuring that a product meets all manufacturing
specifications for it's continued performance or operation.
Most people rely on the quality of workmanship before purchasing an item. Most companies also rely on a final inspection of a product prior to putting it up for sale. That is, if they are reputable. Companies warrant items they sell because they rely on their Quality personnel to ensure it is ready for operaton, or use, as the case may be.
