i want to upgrade my pc graphic performance.but i am kind a low on the budget.after doing a little survey, only these two fit my budget requirement. so please help me.which 1 do you think is better? my specs:

dual core is better than amd and you dont relly need ulimate
(it will slow down ur pc alot) instead u should get home premium (almost the same thing! but faster)

Get any one from the GeForce 8 Series family, those are great.

to compare video cards against each other. Pick one you think you can afford. www.newegg.com or www.pricewatch.com for pricing.
