for the eyeliner I'd suggest using what I wear, Rimmel eye liner, its inexpensive and it works really great, as for lip gloss I loooove Lip Smacker lip products, especially in watermelon flavor <3
But yeah those are my suggestions, they're probably not THE BEST but they're pretty damn amazing and very affordable.

It is hard to find an eyeliner that doesnt really smudge but the darkest eyeliner that goes on the easiest is MAC eyeliner, the same goes for the lipgloss, Mac Lipglass in Viva La Glam is my favorite and all the profits from that color goes towards aids. It also stays on the longest. MAC makeup can be pretty expensive but in my experience it is very worth it!

i love the Very Sexy line from Victoria's Secret, they have this stuff that is gel eyeliner and it comes in duos. the Black Satin is the blackest black i have ever seen! the only downside is that its 12.50 and doesnt come with an applicator (but i just use my other eyeliner pencil to apply it.) i found a VS coupon for 10$ off of any purchase, so ionly paid 2.50 for it, so if you can find a coupon go for it. but if your looking for low cost and highly effective its gotta be NYC's khol eyeliners. also you can make an ordinary eyeliner extrodinary by burning the end of it just a bit, it will soften it and make it glide on darker and smoother. good luck!!!!!!

I use the Loreal brand in the darkest black they have (I have dark brown eyes so it looks really good on me). It is made for not only "normal" skin but also for those with sensitive skin and is also usuable for contacts wearers. I fall into both of those categories and have had NO problems whatsoever with this brand. Plus, it's affordable (you can find it in drugstores or places like Kroger's or Walgreen's) and stays on all day long. This stuff will not budge without makeup remover! <3

I have tried them all. The best eyeliners for me because I have oily skin are Lise Watier and Quo (both sold in Canada). A distant 3rd would be L'Oreal.

Mary Kay. be careful on what lip gloss you put on your lips becouse of the lead in the lip stick can cause cancer. there was a study done. if yuo would like the e-mail. just let me know I will forward it to you....

I don't really wear eyeliner very often, but my favorite lipgloss hands down is C&O Bigelow menthalip tint from Bath and Body works. It has just enough color and it feels amazing.

I used to purchase the brand of "NIVEA" rose lips care and the eyeliner sould be "Shiseido " because its look nature and suitable for Asian citizen's skincare and their products always updated but expensive if you don't have any budget for it.

For a cheaper brand, I like Almay eyeliners. Glide on easily and color stays.
