How do I avoid laughing when something funny happens or when I or someone else says something that I think is funny? I can't control it. Is there any way to stop myself from laughing?

Lol. One time at school my math teacher was singing, and I had to practically choke myself by putting my arm on my mouth to stop myself from laughing. It was hilarious.

I would reccommend not keeping from laughing. Laughter is the best medicune. The Bible says that a merry heart is like a medicine, and that a broken spirit drys the bones. Dr's have found that laughter is of great benefit.

If your laugh is genuine, don't worry about it. If you laugh in that annoying... selfconscious way, whenever you say something, get professional help from a behavior therapist.
