I have a 97 eclipse and the check engine light keeps coming on. It said the IAT sensor, so I replaced it and reset the light. I ended up resetting the light two more times and just replacing the sensor thinking it may have been a bad sensor. Still having the same problem code come up. I looked at the wires, but they looked good. Can anyone tell me how many volts are supposed to go into the sensor or what other issue there may be? I do not have a mass air flow sensor. Everyone keeps saying that, but I don't have one.

hmmm it might be a problem in the main computer where its not properly reading the sensor and so it automatically assumes that its broken or such, try looking at the wires from the sensor to the main computer thats prolly where the bad spot is even a pinched wire could give the wrong signal.
