Most are like that. do a certain tech 200 times and equip the appropriate element. Some are blatantly obscure, such as Lloyd's Falcon Crest. This, you have to equip your Material Blade, have the Eternal Swordsmen title on, and then press A+B+X when your health is red. Another is Indignation Judgement. Genis must use Indignation 50 times and then use it again in Overlimit. Collette's Holy Judgement is use Holy Song and Judgement 50 times each and then it will happen rarely. One easy way to do Holy Judgement is be Collette and use Holy Song. Normally, there is a target thing on the avatars of your players. If there is, cancel the spell with X as that is just holy song. But if there is no target, then it is Holy Judgement, which does about 5000 damage per beam.
